For indoor installations:
Balloons can last weeks and weeks indoors, with AC on.
For an outdoor installation:
On hot days - Balloons do not like the heat. The sun will cause the balloons to turn matte. Darker balloons will pop first in the sun. Shade is always recommended on hot days. During the hot summer heat, we will not install balloons directly in the sunlight.
On cold days - Balloons like to cold. However, they will still turn matte. Balloons will last days/weeks in the cold.
Reservations can be canceled and modified, with an additional fee. Customers may cancel their reservation, within 1 week of reserving, to receive a full refund- If their event is weeks out.
If they cancel after that week, the client shall be responsible for 50% of the contract amount. Clients will be responsible for 100% of the contract amount, if they cancel within 1 week of the event. That money can be used as a credit for a future event.
Timing depends on the size of the install. Party & Co does have a large box truck, so everything is prepared beforehand - so the install runs smoother and faster.
If the event is held at a clients home indoors, I can install a few days prior to the event. If the event is outdoors, I will install the day of - usually within 2 hours of the event start time.
If the event is at a venue, I must coordinate with the them to as to when I can start installing.
